These Terms govern your use of Pickleball Cues' mobile application, educational pickleball guidance, and local Game Day tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must use the Service only where it is lawful and appropriate. If you are under the age at which you can legally consent to these Terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. The Service is not directed to children under 13; do not submit personal information if you are under 13.

You are responsible for your own activity, health decisions, equipment, court conditions, interactions with other players, and compliance with venue and event rules. An organizer is responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to enter player names, manage a roster, or invite participants.

Local data

Practice and local Game Day work without an account. Your device stores the results you choose to save. Use the in-app local backup controls if you want a copy outside the app.

Your local practice and local Game Day records remain on your device unless you delete the app's data or use the app's own controls. Exported backups are your responsibility to keep secure and available.

Local Game Day

Game Day assignments, scores, roles, and recommendations are recreational aids. They do not verify identity, skill, conduct, eligibility, or any official rating. The organizer controls the single device used for a local Game Day; use first names or court nicknames and only enter information you are authorized to use.

Organizers must not use the Service to discriminate, harass, threaten, collect unnecessary personal information, or make decisions that materially affect a person's employment, education, health care, housing, insurance, credit, legal rights, or other similarly significant interests.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, bypass local safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape or bulk-copy the Service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the Service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Feedback and your content

You may send feedback voluntarily. Do not submit passwords, payment data, health records, or content you do not have the right to share. You retain ownership of your feedback. You give Pickleball Cues a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and analyze that feedback solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service; we do not have to use it or publish it.

Our content

Pickleball Cues' software, instructional content, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use the Service as intended. No other rights are granted. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Changes, availability, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue non-essential parts of the Service, including beta features, when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We may suspend access for misuse or a security risk. If a material change to these Terms is required, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pickleball Cues disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pickleball Cues does not promise injury-free participation, a particular training outcome, balanced matches, or accurate scores.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Consumer-protection laws in your location may give you additional rights.
